Spontaneous Dialogue

Our offering of speech data comprised of trained participants having natural conversations in an agent and a customer scenario around pre-set topics in relevant domains and containing only simulated PII. These recordings are recorded over telephony in dual channel 8Khz 16 bit, and go through various rounds of transcription and validation to ensure the lowest word error rates possible. The perfect data to create models that can handle spontaneous conversations and telephony voice.
